Delivery within Sweden; for orders over 999sek/99Eur/£85 will be shipped free of charge.
On orders under 999sek the freight will cost 109sek/10,5Eur/£105.00.
For delivery to all European countries and worldwide we charge a shipping fee for a packet from 269sek/26Eur/£21.
Please inquire for freight price on larger orders and freight on pallet deliveries will be charged according to the order,location and size.
When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment email, where you can track and trace your shipment.
For Norway, you are charged shipping individually, you will receive an email with information regarding shipping and also a request for you to send your tax number; for shipping documents.
Servicepoint freight; your parcel is forwarded to your nearest (mostly) collection point, you'll receive a sms notification or an email when your order is available for pick-up.
Business Parcel; your parcel will be sent to the company adress that you specified at checkout.
Home delivery daytime; the parcel is delivered to your home during the day (07.00-17.00). DHL calls or notify you before delivering the parcek. (Free shipping limit does not apply in case of choosing home delivery)
Home delivery evening; The Parcel is delivered to your home during the evening (17.00-22.00). DHL calls or notify you before delivering the parcel. (Free shipping limit does not apply in case of choosing home delivery)
Because Home delivery is an additional service, we are unfortunately not able to send replacement goods via home delivery unles the additional cost is payed.
Shipping time?
Normal delivery time is 1-4 business days from order placed. When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email where you can follow the shipment.
If an item is not found in stock we will contact you and will notify new delivery date within 48 hours, apart from during weekends. If we can´t deliver within the promised time you have the right to cancel the purchase without charge.
Orders not fetched from the collection point?
We charge a fee of 250 SEK for the costs incurred - shipping fees (return) and administration-if you don't fetch your parcel at the servicepoint.
Transport damage?
If your order is received damaged please contact us immediately as we have to contact our shipping agent within 7 days.
