60 DAYS CANCELLATION

Under the Distance Contract Act, you have the right as a consumer to cancel your purchase without special reason within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received your goods.

In order to be able to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in original packaging.
The goods must be returned unused and in an entire original packaging with invoice or delivery note. We pay back what you paid for the goods (not applicable to shipping).
If you have changed your mind and don´t want anything else you pay for return postage.

If an item with damaged original packaging is returned, a cost for depreciation is charged. It varies from the product and the the condition of  the returned item. Lampshades with the plastic removed can not be returned.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS (FREE WITHIN SWEDEN WHEN EXCHANGING FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OR MORE)

1. Click here and fill in your details to receive a return freight note.
2. We will get back to you within 24 hours during working days with a return freight note. If you are not elegible for free return we offer return from 99 SEK
3. Stick the return note over old address label.
4. Bring the package to a DHL service point.
5. Complete!
6. Alternatively, send the package with any shipping company, Posten, Schenker, DHL etc. to: LampKompaniet, Bergvägen 15, 341 32 Ljungby. But please let us know beforehand so we know it is coming.
7. As soon as we have received your parcel and provided that the goods are in undamaged condition and In the original packaging, Klarna pays back the remaining amount.
8. (Note! The cost of shipping is deducted from the payout if our return form is used). Klarna will contact you with information about how and when the reimbursement is made.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange what you have bought for another product for the same/higher value, you will receive free return shipping within Sweden. If you are a customer outside please contact us and we will come to an agreement on 

a very good price for the exchange depending on what you have ordered.

Make a return on the product(s) you don´t want and order the new goods and add to the notification area that it is a swap order for
